During Summer programmes at Studio 174, participants' investigations and journeys through the downtown community are recorded for use in film and audio documentaries as well as for archiving in the Sound Space Downtown. The establishing of Studio 174's own radio station, which broadcasts throughout the Summer has provided new platforms and new energy for audio pieces ranging from classic radio documentary formats to experimental sound montage.
